As the inventor of the Rip Cone, the designer of the first ever Footwork Training System, the originator of medicine basketball training techniques, and the creator of skill training innovations that have been popularized around the world, Micah Lancaster is one of the world’s most recognized and respected skill development trainers. While Micah Lancaster launched his career by working with Kobe Bryant for an event with the London School of Basketball, Micah has since worked with players at all levels – grassroots to the pros – including Dwyane Wade, Kyrie Irving, Victor Oladipo, Karl-Anthony Towns, Mario Chalmers, Evan Turner, Ben McLemore, Avery Bradley, Jeff Green, Marcus Morris, Jeremy Lin, and a list of others.
